Rocking Horse Teddy Blown Glass Christmas Ornament by Old World Christmas

A teddy bear riding a rocking horse gives this blown-glass ornament the kind of childhood reference that belongs naturally on a family Christmas tree. The molded glass is silvered from within, then hand painted and glittered to define the bear, horse, and small decorative details. At five inches high, it is substantial enough to become a recurring marker on the tree rather than disappearing among smaller ornaments.

“The best nostalgic ornaments feel specific, not sentimental. This has the charm of a childhood object but enough scale and finish to live happily on an adult tree.”
-Mrs. Mayfair
