Kameron Rattan Accent Chair by bali & pari

Sweeping curves shape the Kameron accent chair’s rattan-covered metal frame. Sloping arms and a removable fabric-covered foam cushion bring a soft sitting surface within an open form that remains interesting from several angles.

“I would place Kameron where its side profile is visible. Those sweeping arms are as much a part of the chair as the seat itself.”
-Mrs. Mayfair

Care & Ownership

Dust regularly with a soft brush or the gentle brush attachment of a vacuum. Wipe marks with a barely damp, soft cloth and dry promptly. Blot spills before they settle into the weave; avoid soaking, abrasive cleaners and harsh chemicals. Protect the fibers from standing water, direct heat and prolonged strong sunlight. Vacuum upholstery gently with a soft brush, and blot spills without rubbing. Check the cushion’s care label before deeper cleaning; seek professional upholstery care for persistent marks.

Maker / Heritage

The rattan work at bali & pari begins with a material that can be shaped as well as woven. Experienced artisans in Indonesia cut, steam and bend the stems, then weave or arrange them into the finished designs. Those techniques allow a single material to form an open lattice, a tightly worked panel or a braided border. Natural differences in tone and fiber remain visible, giving the handworked pieces their individual character.
