J52B Painted Beech Dining Armchair in Brick Red by FDB Møbler

The generous J52B armchair takes on an unexpectedly warm personality in Brick Red painted beech. Børge Mogensen's Windsor-influenced spindle back and shaped arms remain the defining features; the saturated finish simply brings those familiar lines forward. With its tall profile and inviting seat, this version can anchor the end of a dining table or stand alone beside a wooden cabinet as a distinct piece of furniture.

“Brick red is a color I like best when it has something natural to play against. Beside a dark wooden table, a woven rug, or cream walls, the J52B becomes a confident accent rather than merely another matching chair. The spindle back makes the color especially lively.”
