Holiday Clydesdale Blown Glass Christmas Ornament by Old World Christmas

This Holiday Clydesdale brings the scale and steadiness of a traditional working horse to the Christmas tree. The blown-glass form is silvered from within, then hand painted and glittered to articulate the horse, harness, and seasonal details. Its broad silhouette has more visual weight than a small bauble, making it useful lower on a branch or among larger ornaments where its equestrian character can be seen rather than lost.

“Large figurative ornaments are useful lower on the tree, where they give the branches weight. This Clydesdale has exactly the right old-fashioned Christmas presence.”
-Mrs. Mayfair
