Harlow White Enamel Stainless Steel Skimmer curated by Be Home

The Harlow skimmer brings a graceful, vintage-inspired finish to a hardworking serving utensil. Its open skimming head lifts food from liquid while allowing excess to drain, and its white, food-safe enamel finish gives stainless steel a considered place among the pieces kept close to hand in the kitchen.

Within the Harlow collection, the contrast of crisp white enamel and steel lends a common kitchen tool the quiet appeal of older, well-kept utensils. The long handle and open head make the skimmer useful when lifting delicate vegetables or draining portions before they reach the serving dish.

“For an everyday kitchen I value a utensil that drains cleanly and feels steady in the hand. The Harlow skimmer has just enough presence to be carried to the table, yet it remains first and foremost a useful implement. I find that balance much more enduring than decoration alone.”
