Coastal Cotton Mist Sheet Set by Sunday Citizen
The Coastal Cotton Mist Sheet Set by Sunday Citizen is for anyone who prefers sheets to feel soft, breathable, and inviting rather than perfectly pressed. Made from 100% cotton gauze, the fabric has a naturally crinkled texture that gives the bed a relaxed appearance while remaining light and comfortable against the skin. The complete set includes the fitted sheet, top sheet, and coordinating pillowcases, creating an easy foundation for the entire bed rather than requiring each layer to be assembled separately. The combination of Off White, Taupe, and Blue gives the set a gentle coastal character that works particularly well with natural woods, woven textures, quilts, and uncomplicated white bedding. It is the sort of bed that looks welcoming in the morning as well as freshly made.
“I prefer everyday sheets that do not ask to be ironed into submission. A softly textured cotton like this makes the bed feel inviting even when it has been made quite simply, and I particularly like having a proper top sheet, it gives you another light layer on warm nights and keeps the heavier bedding fresher for longer.”

Care & Ownership
Wash in cold water with like colors and tumble dry on low, removing the sheets promptly once dry. The cotton gauze is intended to keep its softly crinkled character, so there is little reason to press the entire set; smooth the sheets by hand when making the bed and allow the natural texture to do the rest. A cold iron may be used where a neater edge or finish is preferred. Avoid bleach and dry cleaning.
Maker / Heritage
Sunday Citizen grew from the meeting of multigenerational textile expertise and hospitality. Its earliest product was developed for a luxury hotel that needed a blanket exceptionally soft enough for guests yet durable enough for repeated use. The family-run company has since built its collection around that same balance of comfort, practicality, and textile development, remaining directly involved in the design and development of its fabrics and home products.
